Aktiston helps small and boutique law firms in Arizona implement AI and legal technology into their operations and workflows— thoughtfully, safely, and without disrupting your practice.

Law is changing. Your practice should too.

What we bring to your firm:

  • More Clients, Less Effort — We help firms build marketing, intake, and automated follow-up to convert leads into signed clients.

  • Purpose-Built Litigation Tools — We implement the technology that saves time and wins cases: AI-assisted legal research, deposition preparation, motion drafting, deadline tracking, and discovery workflows tailored to how litigators actually work.

  • Vendor-Neutral Technology Implementation — We implement solutions based on your firm's needs, not commission incentives.

  • More Time for What Matters — Automate the routine so your attorneys can focus on high-value legal work, client relationships, or leaving the office at a reasonable hour.

Key Technology Solutions

  • Before you spend a dollar on technology, you need to know exactly where your firm stands — what's working, what's bleeding time and money, and where AI can make an immediate, measurable difference.

We conduct a structured assessment of your firm's workflows, technology stack, staff capacity, and practice-specific pain points. You get a clear, written roadmap: the tools we recommend, the order to implement them, the realistic costs, and the ROI you can expect from each. No vendor bias. No upsell pressure. Just an honest picture of what modern practice looks like for a firm like yours.

Most firms discover two or three high-impact opportunities they hadn't considered — and at least one tool they're paying for that they don't need.

  • You don't need a $200k/year Chief Technology Officer. You need someone who thinks like one, shows up when it matters, and keeps your firm ahead of the curve — without the overhead.

As your Fractional AI Technology Head, Aktiston serves as your firm's ongoing technology leadership: evaluating new tools as they emerge, maintaining your existing systems, advising on AI ethics and confidentiality compliance, and making sure your team is actually using what you've paid for.

This is a retained relationship. We're on call, we attend your leadership meetings, and we own your technology roadmap so you can own your practice.

  • You have one specific problem: a manual intake process, a chaotic document workflow, a CRM nobody uses, or a billing system that costs you hours every week. We fix exactly that — one tool, one workflow, fully implemented and adopted by your team.

This is not a discovery engagement that leads to more consulting. You get a scoped deliverable: we audit the problem, select and configure the right tool, integrate it with your existing systems, and train your staff until it sticks.

  • Your firm is ready to stop operating like it's 2015. This is the full transformation: we assess every workflow from intake to close, identify every point where time, money, or clients are leaking, and rebuild your operations around modern AI-powered tools — document drafting, legal research, client communication, billing, and more.

We handle vendor selection, implementation, staff training, and change management. You get a firm that runs faster, retains better, and wins more — without you having to become a technologist.

How It Works:

Step 1: Free Consultation — We spend 30 minutes learning your firm. You tell us what's broken, what's slow, and what keeps you up at night. We tell you honestly whether and how we can help.

Step 2: Audit & Roadmap — Whether you engage us for a AI Readiness Audit or want to hit the ground running with Native AI Firm Integration, we start with discovery. No assumptions and no cookie-cutter solutions.

Step 3: Implement — We do the work. Tool selection, configuration, integration, training. You practice law. We handle the technology.

Step 4: Sustain — We don't disappear after launch. Whether through a retainer or ongoing support, we make sure adoption sticks and your investment compounds over time.
