How It Works:

Step 1: Free Consultation — We spend 30 minutes learning your firm. You tell us what's broken, what's slow, and what keeps you up at night. We tell you honestly whether and how we can help.

Step 2: Audit & Roadmap — Whether you engage us for a AI Readiness Audit or want to hit the ground running with Native AI Firm Integration, we start with discovery. No assumptions and no cookie-cutter solutions.

Step 3: Implement — We do the work. Tool selection, configuration, integration, training. You practice law. We handle the technology.

Step 4: Sustain — We don't disappear after launch. Whether through a retainer or ongoing support, we make sure adoption sticks and your investment compounds over time.

Let’s Work Together

Kiernan Moran is the founder of Aktiston LLC, a legal operations and technology consulting firm helping law firms harness AI and modern products to deliver better, more efficient legal services. Before founding Aktiston, Kiernan led product development at a legal technology company, where he managed engineering teams and custom-built case management systems at the intersection of legal services and technology.

Kiernan is also a contributing author to Equalizing Justice: Harnessing AI for Litigants Without Lawyers (Cambridge Univ. Press, forthcoming July 2026)., cementing his reputation as a leading voice on AI applications in access-to-justice contexts.
