The problem
Your firm can already open ChatGPT. That was never the problem. The problem is two-sided: nobody was taught how to get real work out of it, and nobody was taught where it breaches a duty you owe a client.
Untrained use is how a brief ends up citing a case that doesn't exist, and how privileged facts end up somewhere they can't be pulled back. Access without instruction isn't an advantage — it's exposure.
What it is
Two things at once: the building and the safety. The building: real tasks from your own practice, run through Claude, specifically Claude Code and Claude Projects, with Kiernan showing where it earns its place and how to get usable work out of it. Not a prompting class. The safety: the judgment to know which tasks to trust it with, which to keep in human hands, and where it breaches a duty you owe a client if nobody is watching.
Hands-on training for the people who actually do the work — attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Not a vendor demo and not a lecture. It's taught by a lawyer who has practiced, led product at a legaltech company, and written about AI in legal practice for Cambridge University Press — and who takes no money from any tool he might mention.

- Do you teach a specific product?
- The hands-on work runs on Claude, specifically Claude Code and Claude Projects, because that is what Kiernan builds with. The judgment it teaches transfers across tools, and Kiernan takes no commissions or referral fees from anything he mentions, Anthropic included. You learn to judge tools, not to depend on one.
- What about client confidentiality during the training?
- Training runs on examples and your team's own de-identified work — no live client data needs to leave the room. Keeping it that way in daily practice is itself one of the things the session teaches.
- Can this count for CLE credit?
- Kiernan is licensed in Arizona and can structure a session for CLE there. Whether a given format qualifies depends on the audience and the jurisdiction — we'll confirm what's possible on the intro call.
- Do we keep anything after the session?
- Yes. Every firm leaves with a CLAUDE.md pack built for its practice area and a safety checklist, not just notes from the room.
- Does this cover social media, or just document work?
- This training covers Claude Code and Claude Projects for the workflows already in the room: document work, intake, drafting. An ongoing social media presence is the separate Marketing & social media automation service. Ask and we can scope both together.
