Native AI firm integration

Rebuild the practice around the work, from intake to close.

A phased native-AI integration plan for a law firm
A phased rollout mapped out: what changes, in what order, and what keeps running while it does.

The problem

Point solutions don't add up to a practice. A firm that automates intake but not matter management hasn't removed the bottleneck. It has moved it.

The risk at this scale is real: change everything at once and something breaks mid-case. Sequencing is most of the job.

What it is

A rebuild of how work moves through the firm, intake to close — systems, process, and staff training, in phases, so the practice keeps running while it changes.

This is not a first purchase. It starts with an audit, and most firms should run one or two scoped systems first.

What you get

A phased plan
What changes, in what order, and what keeps running meanwhile.
Systems, in sequence
Each phase built, tested, and adopted before the next starts.
A trained firm
Staff trained per phase — the change sticks because people can run it.

How it works

  • The audit sets the baseline

No firm-wide build without a measured reading first.

  • Phased build

One phase at a time, each one working before the next begins.

  • Train as you go

Adoption per phase, not a big-bang rollout that nobody asked for.

Who it's for

A good fit if

  • Firms that have run an audit — and usually a scoped implementation — and want to go further
  • Partners prepared to commit their own time to a sequenced change

Probably not if

  • Firms starting from zero — begin with the audit
  • Anyone who wants it all switched on at once

Questions partners ask

Can we start here and skip the audit?
No. The audit is the first phase — a firm-wide build without a measured baseline is how transformations fail.
How is this priced?
Scope at this level depends entirely on what the audit finds, so there is no list price to quote. The number arrives with the roadmap, in writing, before you commit to anything.
How long does a full integration take?
It depends on the size and scope of the firm, and anyone who quotes you a number before scoping is guessing. What is deliberate is the pace: the rollout is gradual, because support staff need time to adjust. A phase that lands faster than the people using it can absorb has not actually landed.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. If this isn't the right fit, the call is where we'll both find out, and it costs nothing to ask.
